How Today on Politics is funded
Display advertising. We may show advertisements served by Google AdSense and its advertising partners. These ads are selected automatically by the ad network based on the page and on your browsing, not chosen by our editors. Ads are labelled “Advertisement” and kept visually separate from our stories.
No political advertising deals. We do not sell sponsored stories, paid placements or endorsements to campaigns, parties, candidates or advocacy groups. If an ad network ever serves a political ad on our pages, it is placed by that network under its own policies, and it does not reflect our views.
What advertisers cannot do
- Advertisers do not choose, review or approve our stories.
- Advertising and affiliate income do not influence which people, parties or issues we cover, or how.
- We do not accept payment to publish, change or remove a story.
Affiliate links
Some of our stories recommend a book, a documentary or another product related to the subject and link to it on Amazon. Today on Politics is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
